About the Role:

This position is stationed in Yellowknife and relocation is required.


Here are a few ways you will make a difference:

  • Registering injury and incident claims to the appropriate employer account in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Researching and gathering all relevant information on all claims in accordance with the WSCC Policies.
  • Completing complex calculation of benefits as outlined by relevant policies.
  • Authorizing payments to medical suppliers and reimbursing workers’ claimant related costs.
  • Performing Administrative Tasks and responding to general inquiries.


What you bring to the role:

  • Completion of a 2-year Social Science Diploma.
  • 2 years of administrative experience in an office environment.
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to perform complex financial calculations.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
