Job Summary:
The Child and Youth Worker will provide support in our community-based treatment residences and conduct one-on-one support with individual children, as well as group work. You will also be a contributing member of our multi-disciplinary teams.
This position is covered by the Communications Workers of America, Local 30248.

Qualifications:
- Child and Youth Worker Diploma or equivalent post-secondary education **
- Current and valid First Aid/CPR Level C Certificate
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children in a mental health setting **
- Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license
- Satisfactory current and local Criminal Record Check (including a Vulnerable Sector Screening) and Pre-Employment Medical
- Candidates Bilingual in English and French will be given special consideration.
- Candidates with demonstrated experience implementing the Collaborative Problem-Solving model will be given special consideration.
