Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Supervisor, Wyndham Rewards to join our team in Saint John, New Brunswick.

The Role

We have a full-time opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Supervisor in our Wyndham Rewards Department. Wyndham Rewards is a points-based program that rewards guests for staying at our participating hotels and vacation rentals. Wyndham Rewards provides Count on Me service for more than 100,000,000 active members and franchisees. Our Wyndham Rewards Team Members respond to our global customers through phone calls and email communication.

The Wyndham Rewards Supervisor motivates and develops team members to meet and exceed goals and drive performance results through active mentoring, coaching and development. You will ensure quality and consistent Count on Me service to our members. As a member of our leadership team, you will be responsible to uphold our Business Principles which support a positive work environment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide leadership, guidance, direction and motivation to direct reports to enhance overall team member/department performance
  • Coach, motivate, and monitor team members’ performance to promote continual development of Wyndham Rewards Team.
  • Promote a professional working environment.
  • Monitor Real Time call volume and department performance and address issues, as needed.

Required Qualifications/Experience

Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated three (3) years’ experience in a leadership role, post-secondary education and/or previous experience in the hospitality industry.
