Reporting to the Marketing Manager, as an Email Marketing Specialist, your primary focus will be to create and execute engaging email marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. You will be a detail-oriented go-getter who understands the importance of crafting messages that resonate with our audience and drive conversions.

YOU LOVE

• Developing and executing email marketing campaigns to promote our offerings
• Maintaining an email marketing calendar and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns
• Analyzing and reporting on the performance of email campaigns to optimize future efforts
• Segmenting email lists and personalizing content to enhance engagement
• Collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies and initiatives
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing
• Ensuring compliance with privacy regulations across North America and global markets (CASL, GDPR)
  
  

YOU HAVE

• Proven experience in email marketing and email analytics
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and tactics
• Detail-oriented mindset with creative thinking and excellent planning skills
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Sendgrid, Litmus, etc.)
• Knowledge of A/B testing and audience segmentation techniques
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email design
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
