*Please note this is a full time, permanent and on-site role*

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and coordination of service repairs
• Scheduling and coordination of preventive maintenance
• Issue work orders to technicians
• Issue purchase orders to vendors
• Responsible for purchasing all parts services and equipment for scheduled maintenance and repairs
• Act as a backup person to the emergency services calls dispatcher
• Perform weekly labour reports for payroll
• Coordinate daily check in and check out of all field technicians
  
  

Required skills and experience:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a service company with mobile technicians
• A college diploma preferably in a discipline related to business management, administration or operations management.
• Have a "technical mind". (Knowledge of HVAC systems is an asset)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Work with computer tools.
• Enjoy working independently and demonstrate resourcefulness.
