The Position
The Sales Account Manager will work to grow new business for custom automated manufacturing solutions for Eclipse Automation. The incumbent will establish a sales plan, actively pursue business at new/existing accounts and manage the sales process for new opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain strategic plans for business development and account management to grow presence and strengthen partnerships with key accounts.
- Prospect and qualify new accounts within target industry sectors and regions to expand the client base.
- Lead the proposal process by utilizing sales tools and procedures, ensuring timely and high-quality proposal delivery that meets customer needs.
- Prepare and present unique capabilities and solutions to potential clients and represent the company at industry trade shows.
- Maintain regular communication with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and promote next steps for project advancement.
- An educational background in Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical outside sales role.
- Prior experience in the automation, medical technology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A highly motivated self-starter.
- Willingness to travel within the USA and Canada, up to 50% of the time.
