So what does this concretely involve?

• Optimization of new product development activities (40%) Contribute to accelerating the development of hardware and software products by:
• Supporting and/or managing projects to meet identified objectives within desired timelines.
• Using data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities, supporting data-driven decision-making processes.
• Facilitating work sessions such as brainstorming, Kaizen, and process mapping, ensuring collective intelligence is harnessed to identify, assess, and implement solutions.
• Evaluating costs and returns on investment.
• Documenting processes, instructions, and other necessary documentation for process activities.
• Measuring and communicating results and impacts.
• Supporting change management until the process is fully adopted by the teams.
• Continuously seeking new improvement opportunities.
• Optimization of product lifecycle activities (40%) Contribute to establishing and improving product lifecycle management processes by:
• Supporting teams in developing and optimizing processes such as Product data management, Product Quality management, Supply chain management, End-of-life management...
• Supporting the implementation of product lifecycle management (PLM) tools
• Implementing and facilitating a Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VAVE) process
• Deployment of Operational Excellence culture (20%)
• Improving and deploying operational excellence methodologies and tools.
• Providing in-depth training to employees at all levels on Lean principles and tools.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging employees to actively participate in improvement initiatives.
