We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Sales Operations Manager to join the BinSentry team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our sales and marketing operations, with a strong emphasis on pipeline reporting, sales analysis, CRM database management through HubSpot, and managing marketing distribution lists. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage sales processes, provide actionable insights, maintain data integrity, and support account-based marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate also has basic programming skills and familiarity with databases and automation tools, in order to setup and optimize workflows between systems. Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Operations Management: Oversee and enhance all aspects of sales operations, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance analysis to drive sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Pipeline Reporting: Develop, manage, and optimize sales pipeline reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
  • Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and insights to sales leadership to support strategic decision-making.
  • CRM Management (HubSpot): Maintain and optimize the HubSpot CRM database to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Train and support sales teams on best practices for CRM usage and data entry.
  • Marketing Distribution List Management: Manage and maintain marketing distribution lists to ensure accurate targeting and segmentation. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure lists are updated and compliant with data privacy regulations.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Utilize tools and techniques designed for account-based marketing to enhance targeted marketing efforts. Work closely with the marketing team to implement and optimize ABM strategies.
  • Programming and Automation: Utilize basic programming skills to optimize workflows, and enhance the efficiency of sales and marketing operations. This role will oversee the DealHub contracting software as well as Marketing Automation Tools.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales and marketing operations, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and deal closure.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of the CRM system and marketing lists to ensure data quality and compliance with company policies and best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and support of sales and marketing activities, including lead generation, marketing campaigns, and financial reporting.
  • Performance Metrics and KPIs: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales and marketing teams, providing regular feedback and recommendations for improvement.

  • Skills:

    • Hubspot CRM Management
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic programming skills (e.g., SQL, Python, VBA) is a plus


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role
    • Demonstrated experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, including data management, reporting, and analytics.
    • Experience managing marketing distribution lists and utilizing account-based marketing tools strongly preferred
