The Opportunity

Clean Harbors Fort McMurray, AB is looking for labourers to join their safety conscious team at Suncor Fort Hills! You will be responsible for swamping on various assigned units and for performing a variety of jobs as directed by the client.

This is a Union Local 362 Teamsters position. This is a 14/14 rotation. Full rate starting at $33.08/hour.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
• Responsible for safely and efficiently operating units;
• Ensures cleanliness of equipment;
• Completes all required paperwork;
• Attends daily safety meetings;
• Working as a part of a team with Customer, co-workers & supervisors.
  
  

Qualifications

• Class 5 Driver’s License required;
• Minimum of 1-year oilfield or labor-intensive experience;
• Ability to lift 50lbs regularly throughout the day;
• Working under minimal supervision in a team and safety focused environment.
• Capable of working outside in various weather conditions.
