Job Summary:

You are a General Gasfitter (TSASK Registered or willing to register) with experience working on industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates knowledge of industrial piping systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, codes, procedures, and follow safe work practices
• Determine correct piping, equipment, and devices
• Installation, repair and testing / commissioning of gas mains and distribution pipes
• Installation and service of natural gas filling stations
• Test and replace defective equipment or components
  
  

Requirements

• Must be ticketed by Technical Safety Authority of Saskatchewan (TSASK) (no exceptions)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Gas Fitting
• Motivated, self-starter with demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision
• Ability to successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing and criminal background check
• Elevated Work Platform is an asset
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies
  
  

Work Conditions:

• 14/7 rotation working 10 hours/day
• Travel/flight allowance for provided for non-local residents
• Private Camp based accommodation
• Benefits provided by CLAC
• Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Preference will be given to local residents
• Project end: May 2025
