As a committed and experienced R&D Project Manager, you play a crucial role in driving transformative change. You take pride in ensuring the end-to-end success of your projects, which includes designing, creating, and commercializing Instrument transformers. As an integral part of our highly skilled and diverse team, you share our values and passion, adeptly converting challenges into valuable solutions.

As Project Manager you are planning, driving, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. You collaborate with cross-functional team, handle resources, identify risks, and communicate progress to partners, ultimately driving projects to successful completion.

You will lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team responsible for the design, scheduling, procurement of parts, quality control, manufacturing and testing of Instrument transformers. You will work closely with stakeholders, interface partners in research & development, engineering, manufacturing, scheduling, quality management, testing to ensure that all targets of the project are successfully achieved.

Your Tasks:

  • R&D Execution: Support all administrative tasks, including organizing review meetings, following up on budget forecasts, and timelines.
  • Innovation to R&D: Mature ideas into actionable R&D projects and continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
  • Annual R&D Planning: Generate, collect the initiatives for future R&D projects, obtain approval from the management.
  • Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Implementing effective risk management measures for the assigned projects.
  • Handle project documentation, including technical reports, presentations, and regulatory submissions.
  • Maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuous development towards deeper technical knowledge in the assigned portfolio.
  • Extending project management expertise to more complex projects.
  • Develop a collaborative and innovative environment within the R&D team.


Requirements:

  • Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Electrical engineering, energy engineering or mechanical engineering at the University of Applied Sciences level.
  • Minimum of 5 years of business experience, preferably in manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in the industrial, electricity or transmission sector is an asset.
  • Proven experience with project budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, milestone review, risk management, status reporting, documentation management, change management.
  • Proficient with project management software's (e.g., OnePM, MS Project, JIRA).
  • Interested in developing Project Manager skills.
  • Enjoy working independently, but also a great team player.
  • Outstanding networking and collaboration skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, a proactive attitude, high level of independence and initiative, flexibility, ambition, and well-structured work habits, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication, inter-cultural awareness, and presentation skills.
  • Can speak and write fluently in English.
