Fredericton Hyundai is seeking an Wash Bay Attendant/ Seasonal Tire Coordinator to join our growing team in NB!

As a Wash Bay Attendant/ Seasonal Tire Coordinator with Fredericton Hyundai, you will be at the core of our tire operations during one of the busiest times of the year. You’ll streamline the tire changeover process, ensuring optimal storage, scheduling, and customer service, all while maintaining an organized and efficient workflow. This role is key to keeping our service department running smoothly and delivering top-notch customer experiences. If you are passionate about customer service, we invite you to apply today! Hourly Wage Range: $16.00 – $17.35

Please note that this role is not eligible for participation in the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) due to the specific National Occupational Classifications (NOC) requirements.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Manage and organize seasonal tire inventory to ensure seamless retrieval and installation.
  • Oversee and coordinate tire service schedules, optimizing daily appointment bookings for maximum efficiency.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their tire changeover process and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with technicians to ensure tire installations are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer tire storage and service history, leveraging data for proactive customer engagement.
  • Monitor tire conditions and provide recommendations to customers on necessary replacements or upgrades, enhancing both safety and satisfaction.
  • Ensure all tire handling and storage procedures meet health and safety standards.
  • Taking all vehicle inventory photographs
  • Detailing vehicles for display and delivery
  • General lot maintenance

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift and handle tires (up to 50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage large inventories and schedules efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach to ensure a positive service experience.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasonal periods, including weekends if necessary.
  • A valid driver’s license may be required depending on the location and role responsibilities.
  • Experience cleaning interior and exterior of motor vehicles
  • Photography skills, focusing on lighting, angles, etc.
  • Video recording skills
  • Ability to drive manual shift & automatic vehicles
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
