As a Senior Manager, Change Management, you will provide management to a team of change professionals assigned to projects. You will contribute to the success of projects through the effective planning and assignment of change resources, continually analyzing change needs, and creating plans to meet those needs. You will also support the advancement of change within our organization and the application of change management methodologies to improve adoption, and benefits realization.

How You Will Create Impact

  • Coach and develop your team, recruit and select talent, manage and reward performance, and foster an agile culture to deliver on strategic objectives.
  • Remain informed of emerging trends, provide thought leadership, training and coaching to evolve our internal change management practice and drive change maturity within our organization.
  • Maintain strong understanding of initiatives within the change portfolio, identify points of change saturation and/or collision and recommend actions to mitigate risk.
  • Provide leadership for change management strategy and approach. Partner to drive collaboration and deliver on change activities related to project-based initiatives, or initiatives focused on advancing change.
  • Develop and monitor change metrics, provide insights and recommendations aimed at improving adoption.

To Join Our Team

  • You have 5 years of leadership experience (coaching, mentoring, developing others and planning) and have 5 years of change management experience.
  • You have advanced knowledge of change management principles, industry standards & methodologies, organizational practices, and business transformation.
  • You have a post-secondary degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • Having a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Change Management Institute (CMI) accreditation or Prosci's Change Management certification is an asset.
