We are currently recruiting for a Civil/Structural Engineering Intern / Co-Op Student. This 12-week summer program beginning in May 2025 until August 2025 and is based in Oakville, ON.
Purpose
- The Civil / Structural Engineering Intern / Co-Op Student will have the opportunities to learn technical & personal development skills,
- Work on a variety of engineering projects within our divisions: chemical, energy, mining, minerals & metals.
- Each student will have the opportunity to complete a project, present learning during the experience to various stakeholders,
- Have an assigned mentor & supervisor.
What you will bring
- Currently enrolled in 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of a recognized (Mechanical Engineering) Degree program.
- An interest in engineering & a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under timelines which require strong organization and time management skills.
- Good communication (written and verbal), presentation and interpersonal skills required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Engineering software & CAD skills an asset.
- Hybrid work schedule.
- The opportunity to work & interactions with multidiscipline engineers.
