Salary: $60,000 to $65,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Under the supervision of the Finance Director, you will be responsible for accounts receivable. Clients are based in Canada and the United States.

Responsibilities

• Set up necessary guarantees for all new orders (contract termination or addition to credit insurance)
• Determine and communicate payment terms for new orders
• Track order deposits
• Follow up on payable orders before delivery
• Retrieve U.S. sales tax exemption certificates
• Perform weekly invoicing
• Calculate commissions related to new orders
• Process and record deposits
• Complete and send receipts requested by clients
• Produce various reports and monitor receivables
