Key Responsibilities
- Tax Preparation: Prepare and review personal, corporate, and trust tax returns while identifying potential tax savings.
- Client Interaction: Conduct year-end meetings with clients to assist in planning and execution.
- Tax Planning: Assist with comprehensive tax planning including estate taxes.
- Account Management: Oversee client accounts fostering growth opportunities.
- Financial Planning: Provide holistic financial advice including life insurance and investments.
- Team Leadership: Delegate tasks effectively while mentoring junior team members.
- Strategic Recommendations: Suggest tax strategies aligned with firm goals.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of experience as an Accountant (CPA preferred but not required)
- Strong knowledge of income tax concepts
- Dedication to client service excellence
- Experience in US taxes is advantageous
- Excellent research skills & attention to detail
- Strong written/verbal communication abilities
