Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead our organization through critical transitions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in change management and will be responsible for developing and implementing robust change management strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate expertise in creating and executing change management programs.
  • Develop comprehensive training and communication plans to ensure stakeholder alignment and understanding.
  • Facilitate workshops and deliver presentations to senior management, articulating the benefits and impacts of proposed changes.
  • Identify and evaluate the effects of change on business processes and technology solutions, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement throughout the process.
  • Analyze various alternatives based on their business and technical impacts, as well as cost/benefit considerations, proposing viable solutions for implementation.
  • Lead and direct the activities of the change management team, ensuring adherence to established timelines and budgets.

Required Skills

  • Extensive experience in change management practices and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in developing training and communication strategies.
  • Strong skills in facilitating workshops and presenting to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical abilities for evaluating change impacts and alternatives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills to drive effective contributions to change initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in managing change management programs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for the role.
  • Ability to function independently or under the general supervision of a Project Manager or Program Director is required.
