• Coordinate deliveries from our private fleet and outside carriers, ensuring compliance with deadlines, hours of service (log book) and applicable laws;
• Maintain good communication with our drivers;
• Follow up on shipments to respect delivery dates;
• Maintain business relationships with carriers;
• Communicate with the yards and customer service of all changes related to the pickups or deliveries under his responsibility;
• Participate in the improvement of our operations;
• All other related tasks;

• Experience in dispatch, flatbed an asset;
• Good knowledge of US transportation laws;
• Advanced computer skills;
• Bilingual French-English (oral and written);
• Demonstrate autonomy;
• Good priority management;
• Able to work under pressure and be detail oriented;
• Team player.
