TalentWorld is recruiting Collections Agent III in Saint John, NBfor one of its clients.

Collections Agent III Job Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle inbound calls from the Sales and Service Team regarding billing and payment inquiries. Provide clear, concise, and accurate information both verbally and in writing.
• Handle all aspects of payments, refunds, and collections, including assessing payment history, reviewing online invoices, and ensuring precise and accurate transaction execution.
• Manage delinquency and collections processes by creating and validating delinquency letters, preparing registered letters, and making outbound calls to customers to reschedule payments.
• Retrieve, complete, and track daily work activities distributed via email or shared folders. Ensure all transactional work is handled with precision and within required timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payment-related issues by evaluating payment history and interacting with clients to address their concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of all payment transactions, refunds, and collections. Track and report on daily work activities to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  
  
  

Collections Agent III Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service or financial institute.
• Proficiency in computer applications and software.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in verifying amounts and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
• Fluent in French (reading, writing, and verbal communication) is an asset.
• Adaptable and open to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of handling difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  
  
  

Employment Details:

• Salary: $22.00 an hour
• Benefits: 40 Hours Weekly, 2 days On-site (Monday and Wednesday), 3 days remote.
• Duration: 1 year contract
• Working Hours: Must work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, can choose between either Thursday or Friday, and must work on Saturdays.
• SHIFTS: could vary between: 11am – 11pm EST
