Your Impact
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Workplace Programs, the Workplace Programs Analyst’s primary role will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of new workplace programs, building/maintaining various reports and presentations, and completing various tasks to support and promote Global Facilities/Workplace Services Initiatives.

Your Impact
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Workplace Programs, the Workplace Programs Analyst’s primary role will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of new workplace programs, building/maintaining various reports and presentations, and completing various tasks to support and promote Global Facilities/Workplace Services Initiatives.
What The Role Offers
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of workplace programs in conjunction with the Sr. Director.
- Monitor and support program training, progress, delivery, risks, and problem solve solutions.
- Collaborate with external consultants and internal stakeholders to develop and execute relevant employee survey and other feedback channels to determine program success.
- Support Facilities communication strategy, internal messaging and program awareness campaigns.
- Responsible for delivery and maintenance of various technology/software applications and processes.
- Support and maintain program training, troubleshooting, updating, and auditing of various Facilities software applications.
- Provide analysis and improvement recommendations related to systems and processes.
- Design and work with databases.
- Update/upload floor plans, provide monthly reporting, complete audits of floor plans and assist with capacity planning with our Real Estate team on MRI/Centerstone (IWMS) software.
- Maintain P&L and capital expense budgets, set-up new vendors, initiate purchase order requisitions, manage P-Card accruals and invoice tracking for various workplace programs.
- Collaborate with external vendors to gather quotes.
- Work with internal teams (Procurement/Sourcing/Work Councils) on renewals and IT software review processes.
- Accountable for maintaining internal OpenText platforms, verifying accuracy and monitoring Facilities sites for continuous improvement (i.e., Ollie, OTC, etc.).
- Provide support as required to build presentations and ad-hoc reporting for executive management.
- Conduct research on emerging opportunities and industry trends related to enhancing the employee workplace experience.
- Work collaboratively with global cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and results.
- Assist Sr. Director, Workplace Programs with various tasks related to Facilities/Workplace Services.
What You Need To Succeed
- Advanced level knowledge of the following applications is required:
- Microsoft: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI
- Centerstone/Manhattan (IWMS) or other Space Management Software
- AutoCAD
- A Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in Business is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving and research skills.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data, complete analysis and provide recommendations from the data. Strong knowledge of data management, data structures, data flows and data integrity principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment and integrity
- Experience in effectively working independently for a remote team
- Familiarity with working in a global environment and working with diverse cultures
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build internal relationships
