Technology Enablement Lead Job Details
Work under the direction of the digital team:
- Function as a team lead for all digital initiatives for the SCPP project.
- Support design and development of technical solutions for migration of 32 contact centres (7 LOBs) to new CCaaS solution to enable new CX capabilities.
- Design and Code development1. Facilitate, participate and design workshops for digital solution
- Work coordination
- Status reporting and project stakeholder management
- Requirements, design, build and configuration and sustainment documents.
- Status reports, budget reviews, technology risk and issues management.
- Resource forecasting, and planning.
- Technology decision recommendations.
- Ability to communicate and facilitate meetings
- Understanding business requirements and translating that for technical teams
- Provide leadership and direction for ISD team members on CCRW project.
- Coordinate between various ISD teams for solution delivery.
