Customer Care Representative

Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity in the Medical Devices industry based in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. The position is for a Bilingual Customer Care Representative, who will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent patient care by providing top-tier support and service. The workplace environment is collaborative and focused on improving the lives of individuals across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle and process customer orders received through EDI, Fax, and Telephone
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between customer purchase orders and our internal system
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer orders are processed and fulfilled in a timely manner
• Handle customer product credits and returns promptly and accurately
• Document and address customer complaints and inquiries, working towards a satisfactory resolution
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and email correspondence
• Schedule appointments as required and answer inbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Employ creative problem-solving skills to address customer issues
• Maintain a high level of organizational skills to manage customer records and monitor customer accounts
• Take appropriate action on customer accounts based on monitoring results.
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls
• Prior experience in a call center customer service role
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to empathize with customers
• Proficiency in data entry and order entry tasks
• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in scheduling appointments in a professional setting
• Ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Medical device industry knowledge or experience is a plus
