Our Product Supply group is responsible for the manufacturing and delivery of all our products. It's the bread and butter of what makes P&G such a great company to work for. If you are passionate about inventing, developing, reapplying and delivering manufacturing processes and technologies, then this role is perfect for you.

We are currently hiring for 4, 8 and 12 month co-ops, starting May 2025 at P&G’s largest Feminine Care products manufacturing site, located in Belleville, Ontario, where we manufacture bestselling P&G brands such as Always Pads, Liners and Always Discreet.

Based on your skills, experience and our business needs, you could be matched with the following roles in any one of our product modules:

  • Operations Co-Op
  • Process & Engineering Co-Op

  • You will be given a detailed scope of work to deliver exciting manufacturing and engineering projects during your term, which could range from process control and engineering, systems improvements to quality improvement, etc.

Job Qualifications

Candidates must be enrolled in full time schooling. Preference is given to individuals who have completed at least 3 years in Electrical, Chemical, Physics or Mechanical engineering programs at an accredited University.
