Product Marketing Specialist

Safe Software is excited to welcome a Product Marketing Specialist to our Marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate on the development and execution of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, perform in-depth market research to provide strategic insights, and build relationships with industry analysts and review platforms. Your contributions will play a key role in positioning our products for success and driving growth at Safe Software.

About The Team

As part of the Marketing team, you will work alongside a diverse and talented group of professionals who collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams. The team is responsible for designing effective GTM campaigns, conducting competitive analysis, and ensuring that Safe Software’s products are well-represented on review platforms and within industry networks.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Product Marketing Specialist, You Will

  • Collaborate on and guide the development and execution of Go-to-Market strategies for new product launches, feature releases, and market expansions, ensuring strong product positioning and clear messaging.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and emerging opportunities, providing actionable insights to Product and Sales teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry analysts, managing briefings, presentations, and responding to inquiries.
  • Oversee Safe Software’s presence on review platforms such as G2, implementing strategies to increase the quality and volume of reviews, and gathering feedback for continuous product improvement.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in developing and executing Go-to-Market strategies, as well as conducting market and competitive research.
  • Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work across multiple teams, such as Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and evolving campaign needs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset that fosters cross-functional partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data and apply them to marketing strategies.

Desired Skills / Bonus Points

  • A background in Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in managing relationships with industry analysts and working with review platforms like G2.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and experience working alongside Digital Marketing teams to optimize campaign performance.
