Description

We are looking for a high-performing, outgoing individual to partner with the People & Culture team to execute on various talent acquisition, onboarding, event coordination, and communication efforts across the organization. If you are a motivated, self-starting, energized individual, this is the role for you. 

CHALLENGES TO BE MET

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including attraction, acquisition, onboarding, engagement and offboarding for the customer success center and plan administration team.
  • Design and implement engagement-driven events that foster a positive work environment and support employee well-being, particularly in partnered divisions.
  • Assist in the management of performance evaluations, ensuring they are conducted fairly and are growth-oriented, providing constructive feedback and career development paths for employees.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues within the assigned divisions, resolving conflicts and ensuring a harmonious work environment.
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements and align with policies that enhance the employee experience and support business operations.
  • Utilize HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  • Support the People & Culture team in creation and execution of the internal communications strategy.
  • Support all aspects of company events aimed at enhancing employee engagement and align with organizational goals.
  • Champion Equity, Diversity and Inclusivity within the workplace, ensuring that all HR initiatives and team interactions are equitable and inclusive.
  • Support the Office Services team acting as back-up Reception coverage as required.
  • Support the People & Culture team as required.

Who We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in human resources, with a proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Experience in a call center or operations environment is preferred, demonstrating an ability to handle fast-paced and high-volume recruitment.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and managing company-wide events.
  • Familiarity with HR metrics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven dedication to the internal/external customer's needs.
  • Honest, ethical and trustworthy attitude with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient with HRIS and other related software to manage and analyze employee data.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
