Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Value working safely, following all procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment for everyone
  • Learn and perform various tasks such as operating automated machinery, monitoring processes, and maintaining equipment
  • Assist in the setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting of production processes, machinery, and equipment
  • Safely operate mobile equipment including overhead cranes, tractors, and forklifts
  • Actively maintain and improve cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Work with the manufacturing team to ensure products exceed the required quality standards and achieve production targets
  • Continuously learn and develop skills to advance in the organization

Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Manufacturing Experience Desirable

Must Haves

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes physically demanding environment
  • Willingness to learn, think critically, and take on new responsibilities
  • Great communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Comfortable using and learning new technology
  • Work rotating 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality are critical for success in this role

Working Environment

Opportunities are available across our manufacturing areas. Some roles may require moderate to heavy lifting, working at heights, and working in hot / cold / dusty environments. Prior to a job offer, applicants will participate in a plant tour of the area(s) where opportunities are available.
