Source Atlantic is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Saint John, NB.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the key responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist include:

• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify, define and produce integrated marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers and fostering repeat business
• Work with internal experts and external partners to coordinate and assist in the development of campaigns and programs to support sales and marketing initiatives
• Ensure campaign implementation adheres to organizational guidelines
• Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns to assess their success
• Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
• Enhance new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects

The ideal candidate possesses:

• Post-secondary education, preferably a bachelor's degree in business or related discipline and major in Marketing
• 3+ years' experience in a marketing capacity with a strong understanding of various marketing functions
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, problem solving and organizational skills
• A background in project management and experience executing marketing campaigns is an asset
• Ability to work under high pressure and provide creative and innovative solutions often is required
