We're Looking For a Solutions Architect


Are you an expert in HubSpot or Salesforce CRM platforms? Do you have a knack for designing strategic, innovative solutions that drive client success? We’re seeking a Solutions Architect who will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our clients' businesses through expertly crafted CRM solutions. This is a remote position that allows you to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on our clients and our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Develop CRM Solutions: Architect comprehensive CRM solutions tailored to client needs using HubSpot and Salesforce. Analyze business processes, identify pain points, and design solutions that enhance efficiency and drive growth.
  • Lead Strategic Road Mapping: Create detailed roadmaps for CRM implementation and optimization, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from inception to deployment, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to the highest quality standards. Utilize project management methodologies to track progress and manage risks.
  • Technical Integration: Oversee CRM system integration with existing client infrastructures, including data migration and system customization.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary technical liaison, translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and providing regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Client Training & Support: Develop and deliver training programs for clients, ensuring they are confident and proficient in using the CRM solutions.
  • Client Value Optimization: Collaborate with Account Partners to identify opportunities for upselling and enhancing client engagement. Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value and continuously refine approaches based on client feedback.
  • Innovation & Process Improvement: Stay ahead of the latest CRM technologies and industry trends, and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • CRM Expertise: Extensive experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce CRM, with a proven track record of designing and implementing robust solutions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions, with a focus on long-term value creation.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management experience, with a history of leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and a proactive approach to addressing their needs.
  • Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience developing and delivering comprehensive training programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role with a focus on delivering tailored solutions.
