We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in utilizing information and communications technologies to contribute to strategic planning and change management initiatives that drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in the writing and presentation of grant and research proposals.
- Develop and present comprehensive business and value cases.
- Gather and document business requirements that support business/value cases.
- Serve as a representative for the organization on various regional, provincial, and national committees.
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of solutions aimed at achieving strategic objectives and goals.
- Provide a business perspective to project teams to enhance outcomes.
- Proficient knowledge and experience in information and communications technologies.
- Expertise in strategic planning and change management.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, particularly in preparing research and grant proposals.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or under the general supervision of a Program Director.
- Prior experience directing the work of business and/or systems analysts is preferred.
