Source Atlantic is seeking an Inside Sales Associate - Commercial Estimating to join our team in Dartmouth, NS.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the key responsibilities of the Inside Sales Associate - Commercial Estimating include:

• Responding to inbound customer inquiries in person, over phone, and via email
• Preparing quotes (take-offs), processing orders, sourcing product, and expediting
• Supporting outside sales team to meet and exceed needs of customers
• Providing excellent and quality customer service in person, over the phone and via email
• Coordinate with suppliers to gather pricing for bids
• Analyze risk on successful quote and review with manager
• Build relationships with key vendors

The ideal candidate possesses:

• Customer service or sales experience
• Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Energetic, self-motivated, possessing a good work ethic
• Negotiations skills
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of ordering, market, and pricing is considered an asset
