We're seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our client's team in London.??
What We Offer:?
- Salary:?? $27/hr
- Job Type/Shift: Full-time, Contract for 3-4 weeks.
- Process transactions and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts.
- Acts as the primary liaison with an external collections agency regarding customer accounts.
- Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions, including NSF cheques.
- Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets and update information as needed.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors.
- Responds to inquiries concerning revenue and related General Ledger accounts and processes.?
- Manages and coordinates the offsite storage of departmental records and supporting documentation.
- College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting desired.
- 3+ years of recent Accounts Receivable experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, and advanced Excel experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. ?
