Compensation And Benefits
We are looking for a skilled Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic to join our dedicated team. This full-time field service position comes with a service truck and offers the chance to work closely with our diverse range of heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on heavy equipment, ensuring adherence to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Execute electronic work orders and ensure accurate coding for invoicing purposes.
- Access and reference parts, manuals, and schematics electronically as needed.
- Order necessary parts to facilitate timely repairs.
- Conduct thorough safety checks on equipment to guarantee operational integrity.
- Maintain effective communication with the Shop Foreman regarding repair delays and challenges; foster positive interactions with customers, supervisors, and colleagues.
- Keep meticulous records of services performed and work status.
- Valid G class driver's license.
- Licensed 421A Journeyman.
- Proficient diagnostic and repair aptitude.
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent communication skills to interact constructively with various stakeholders.
- Licensed 421A Journeyman status is mandatory.
- Relevant experience in heavy equipment servicing is essential.

Compensation And Benefits
- Attractive overall compensation package, including pension.
- Availability to start as soon as possible.
- Day shift, with a 50-hour workweek and overtime pay applicable after 44 hours.
