Executive Administrative Assistant

Job Title: Executive Administrative AssistantLocation: St. John's, NL
Available Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Rate of Pay: $21.00 an hour

Advantage Personnel is currently recruiting for the role of Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client in St. John's.

Our client is looking for a highly motivated individual who is exceptionally organized, detail oriented, with advanced computer skills and seeking potential growth within their role. In this position the qualified candidate will be responsible for compiling data for specific projects, request for proposals, financial analysis on projects, budgeting, and assisting the director and team.

Responsibilities:
• Assisting the director and the team
• Working with purchase orders
• Submitting Request for Proposals
• Compiling data/Records management
• Analyzing financial data for specific projects
• Working on budgets for specific projects
• Attending meetings and recording minutes
• Answering emails

Candidate Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
• Exceptional organization and time-management skills
• Ability to work as a team and independently
• A minimum 2 years' experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant
• Completion of a Business Administrative Program
