Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is seeking a skilled and flexible individual to join our team as a Program Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading services within Addiction & Mental Health.

Who you are

You have worked in a healthcare setting for a minimum of 5 years. You have 3 years experience with supervising others.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Ability to attend work on a regular basis,

Ability to perform the duties of the position, Good work record.

You have a University Degree in a related field. You must be licensed or registered and a member in good standing of the respective provincial and / or national associations as determined by the profession.

Written and spoken competence in English is required.

What you will do

Participating in strategic planning for the service, and leading operational planning for the zone

Directing, overseeing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on the provision of services

Managing fiscal and human resources to ensure the quality and safety of service delivery

Ensuring adherence with professional practice standards, as well Horizon Health Network policies, processes and procedures

Collaborating with internal stakeholders and community partners to provide comprehensive, integrated services

Leading special projects and quality improvement initiatives

Participating in the recruitment, selection and professional development of staff

Mentoring, coaching and providing staff with feedback on
