We are looking for a seasonal Outside Maintenance Technician to join our Residential Rentals team in Brantford!

About The Role
- Daily upkeep and maintenance of the community grounds.
- Maintaining residential townhome lawns and common areas using the latest equipment: stand and ride-on mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, power edgers and utility vehicles.
- Assist in landscape projects throughout the season: Tree and shrub planting, drainage installation, sod installation, as well as garden planting.
- Assist in removing litter, leaf and debris, applying mulch, weeding, cultivating and pruning as required.
- Assist with snow removal.
- Working in most weather conditions
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn about all aspects of grounds maintenance
- Basic knowledge and operation of garden maintenance, tools, equipment and techniques is an asset but training will be provided
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to perform physical tasks with repeated movements
- Ability to follow all outlined health and safety requirements
- Reliable transportation and a driver's license is an asset
