As a Senior ERP Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the success of projects, driving strategy, and delivering value to our clients. Skills And Experiences
- Experience with managing large enterprise ERP implementations, particularly for Dynamics 365 F&SCM, is preferred.
- Showcase strong leadership skills with direct people management experience.
- Exhibit expertise in contract terms and interpretation.
- Proven ability to think systematically and logically while driving change in unstructured environments.
- Possesses negotiation skills and strong business acumen.
- Showcase proficiency in Microsoft platform technologies and project management tools.
- PMP or similar certification preferred but not required

- Secure senior management buy-in for critical plans, leveraging consulting expertise to navigate complexities and manage associated risks effectively.
- Direct change management efforts, serving as a trusted advisor to clients, and guiding them through technology and digital transformation processes to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
- Align with stakeholder goals and ensure effective communication.
- Mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, and overseeing relationships with suppliers/subcontractors.
- Develop governance and control strategies, proactively managing service levels, agreements, and resource priorities to optimize outcomes and resolve delivery issues.
- Drive large-scale, complex business, and digital transformation initiatives managing portfolios worth at least $3 million, annually.
