What You Will Do

Connor, Clark & Lunn Investment Management Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic Quantitative Equity Team.

• Portfolio Management: Manage and optimize quantitative equity portfolios to ensure alignment with our investment strategies and client objectives
• Performance Analysis: Conduct performance attribution and risk analysis to evaluate performance and identify areas of improvement
• Risk Management: Monitor portfolio risk and ensure compliance with investment guidelines.
• Investment Workflow Improvement: Identify, propose and collaborate on enhancements to existing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of our portfolio management capabilities.
• Model Development: Collaborate with other team members to provide ideas and support of our investment models
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the team, providing mentorship and guidance.

• Time Management – You have the proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple ongoing projects and daily responsibilities.
• Academic Training –Undergraduate degree in finance, mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or related discipline. Completion of CFA or relevant graduate degree is considered an asset.
• Industry Experience – You have 5-10 years of experience in quantitative portfolio management, quantitative finance or a related field.
• Registered as a Portfolio Manager – You are currently registered or able to be registered as a portfolio manager in relevant regulatory jurisdictions

The base salary range is $120,000 – $200,000 annually plus a competitive performance bonus. Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
