- Certification as a 310T Mechanic or active participation in an apprenticeship program
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere
- Valid 310T certification or in-progress apprenticeship status
- Previous experience as a mechanic is advantageous but not obligatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
