Opportunity

Our client, a mid-sized law firm, is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal for the Edmonton office with a Cores 3 certification and 5+ years of experience.

Overview

The ideal candidate should be comfortable learning independently, preparing annual returns, incorporations, dissolution, reorganization etc.

Cores accreditation is a must, good calendar management, managing day-to-day files, drafting correspondence, and other administrative functions.

The chosen candidate will have the ability to work under pressure, have high motivation and well-developed organization skills, plus a keen eye for detail. They would need to be self-directed and work independently on various transactional work.
