Parts & Service Assistant

We are looking for qualified candidates to join our Team at our Delta, BC Dealership in the position of Parts & Service Assistant. This is a Regular, Full Time position. The hourly rate is between $22 and $25 depending on work background and experience.

The Parts & Service Assistant is primarily responsible for assisting the Parts and Service department with day-to-day tasks such as inventory keeping, the upkeeping of work orders and assisting customers with Parts and Service inquiries. The position requires strong organizational skills and Customer Service orientation.

Job Duties

• Adhere to the company Mission, Vision & Values
• Answering phone calls
• Assist Service & Parts Advisor with creating and closing work orders and estimates
• Maintaining inventory levels
• Assist with ordering and receiving Parts
• Provide Customer Service at Point of Sale
• Ensure follow up with customers
• Assist in warranty with manufacturers and warranty administration as directed by the Service & Parts Advisor
• Maintain a neat desk service counter area
• Any other items, as directed by the Fixed Operations Manager
  
  

Requirements

• Secondary education
• Customer Service experience
• Retail experience
• Reliable transportation
• Experience with RV’s is considered an asset
