As a Ring Seal Operator, you are happiest when you are moving, and we will not disappoint!

We are looking for a Full Time - Midnight shift (23:00 - 07:00 Sunday to Thursday) Ring Seal Operator to join the team. Starting wage $25.40/hour

Operator will be cross trained to perform all necessary material handling duties and IPC
documentation/release of product using paper based and/or computer systems and as required.
Perform IPC inspections and complete documentation following Good Documentation Practices
(GDP) to support release of product.
Perform minor mechanical adjustments as required. Partner with maintenance when major
repairs are required


Responsibilities:

• Insert recon into port tube, insert bag into ring sealer, perform sealing process and pack bags.
• Perform continuous visual inspections during all job tasks to ensure quality of product and that machines are functioning properly.
• Remove filled tote boxes from work station to cart and replace with new lined tote pan.
• Maintain a supply of product.
• Operator will be cross trained to perform all necessary material handling duties and Q.A. documentation/release of product using paper based and/or computer systems and as required.
• Perform QA inspections and complete documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) to support release of product.
• Perform minor mechanical adjustments as required. Partner with maintenance when major repairs are required
  
  

Requirements

• Experience doing repetitive tasks
• Fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to work independently and self-motivated to achieve results with minimal supervision
• Successful completion of High School Diploma or equivalent
  
  

Preferred:

• Manufacturing/Quality experience in a GMP environment
• Experience in food or manufacturing industry
• Post-secondary degree in Engineering or Science
