As a Learning Event Coordinator in our Client Services team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients' learning transfer needs are met with excellence. Your responsibilities will include organizing and supporting events, managing logistics, and providing technical support during virtual sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive outcome mindset.
- Coordinate events using different technology platforms which is done from the office
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Finance to enhance the customer journey.
- Serve as a virtual event Producer, offering technical support on platforms like Zoom, Webex and Teams.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in our order management system (D365).
- Identify upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and a "how can I help" attitude.
- Bilingual in English and French is required
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Proficient in various software applications with a knack for learning new technologies quickly.
Location: Halifax (hybrid)
Contract: Permanent, full time
