Bilingual Enterprise Admin Coordinator

We are looking for a Bilingual Enterprise Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Moncton, New Brunswick or a remote location in Canada. The Bilingual Enterprise Administrative Coordinator will provide support to the Account Managers and the Leadership team of Enterprise Solutions.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Monitor and manage the Enterprise Sales email inbox, phone line and live chat
• Manage XCS Account Admin queues
• Monitor and act on Chatter Requests in Salesforce
• IO Creation via SAP for Quickbase tickets
• Create quotes for new installs (BIS SAT, FIBRE & LTE), find dealer, assign and schedule install
• Work with new customer to open portal and other requests as needed
• Start billing for DIA accounts once sold and installed
• XES Ticket Reports – update, run and distribute reports daily/weekly/bi-weekly/monthly
• Qualify leads and assign per rotation. (Leads from website, emails, phone calls, live chat, etc.)
• Deal with billing requests from customers or team members
• Support Sales Team as required
• Obtain mileage quotes from dealers
• Ensure Account information is accurate in Salesforce after a connection has been sold
• Support Leadership Team as required
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess

• Fluent in French & English written and oral communications
• Familiarity with Office 365 and SalesForce
• Knowledge of Customer Service
• Highly organized
• Able to multi-task
• Must be bilingual
