In support of this acquisition "BP Canada", has an exciting career opportunity for a Remote Sales Administrative Assistant in Québec.

Essential Duties

  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and provide administrative support for the Sales team.
  • Place orders and process any general needed sales materials.
  • Prepare presentations as well as travel and meeting arrangements ex: booking rooms, meeting room setup, organizing meals, arranging transportation, etc.
  • Prepare and oversee Customer reporting as well as Customer proposal presentations.
  • Process Customer deal agreements (CDA)
  • Verify and audit hours to adjust accordingly and communicate any discrepancies.
  • Submit hourly bi-weekly payroll file to Centralized Payroll Services for processing; including vacation, banked time and payroll adjustments as required.
  • Facilitate employee change notices.
  • Any other additional duties

Is this job for you ?

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or similar
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting our Vision, Mission, Values, Objectives and commitment to our customers.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Proficiency in various software applications are a must, in particular, Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Kronos and Peoplesoft
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, flexible, dependable, and team player.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Confidentiality due to sensitive nature of business information
  • Bilingualism required as you will be asked to collaborate with colleagues across Canada
