Reporting to the Development Manager, the primary role will be to lead systems engineering activities related to APX and AP+ products for UAV and OEM markets.

What You Will Do
Reporting to the Development Manager, the primary role will be to lead systems engineering activities related to APX and AP+ products for UAV and OEM markets.
- Take part in product design and development including involvement in at least two of the following areas: embedded software design and development, electronics & mechanical design, navigation algorithm development, and hardware/software integration.
- Perform system integration and testing throughout the development process to ensure function and performance meets product specifications under various real world scenarios. Document performance evaluation reports for Land, Marine, Airborne (Crewed and Uncrewed)
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues to isolate source of problems and defects and provide insight into solutions
- Be the engineering expert on APX and AP+ products to support integration questions and investigate problems from the field that are too technical for Customer Support.
- Take part in contributing content for user and operations manual as well as production documentation such as FPT and SAT
- Other tasks as necessary to delivering a fully integrated product release on time
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering in one of the following areas: Engineering Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Aerospace
- Good understanding of systems engineering field – working with multi-sensor complex systems
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong understanding of real-time embedded systems & expertise in RTOS
- Knowledge of GNSS, inertial and sensor technology
- Team player and great communication and interpersonal skills are a MUST for this role. Good documentation skills
