Manager, IT Solutions Delivery

You will play a key role in supporting our iA Auto- Dealer Services sector as they undergo a major digital transformation by delivering new solutions as well as providing IT advisory services in order to help them meet their strategic vision. We are open to candidates who are based across Canada (Please note that this role would require working during Eastern- Standard times)

What can you expect in this role:

• You will be accountable for the delivery of strategic Solutions and services.to four business units of Dealer Services units (iA Auto Finance, Lubrico and Dealer Services)
• Anticipating issues, developing and implementing innovative solutions in line with iA objectives.
• Responsible for setting the mission, vision and strategic plan for the sector and ensure that all projects would have all the necessary resources to be successfully executed.
• Provide your Business Partners with overall planning, as well as monitoring and strategizing the direction of the proposed solutions and services and develop new strategies to improve the product or process
• Coach and develop technical team members to foster an environment of high engagement and high performance. You would manage these employees and contractors as well as their workload and priorities.
• Participate and recommend implementation of innovative solutions utilizing AI
• Recommend and implement process improvements to ensure efficient project delivery
  
  

What we are looking for:

• Have a minimum of 8 years experience, combining experience in management and IT
• Expertise and knowledge of tools and methods required to deliver IT solutions (Software development cycle, DevOps, Agile SAFe, and Lean Methodologies etc)
• Experience leading, developing, and coaching a team
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience. We are looking for an Influencer who is comfortable with getting buy-in from various stakeholders
• Someone who is passionate about building and maintaining good relationships
• Advanced French (Spoken and written)
• Advanced level of English as the person will be in charge of managing a unilingual English-speaking team based in Toronto and Vancouver, on a daily basis. Duties include project follow-up as well as people management responsibilities. The position manager is also a unilingual English speaker based in Vancouver.
  
  

What is not Required but would be an Asset:

• Experience within the Automotive or financial Services industry
• Experience with Cloud and CI/CD
• Knowledge of the relevant field of expertise will be considered an asset (e.g., Security, Enterprise Architecture, Business Intelligence, Integration, etc)
