Customer Service Clerk - Transportation Industry - Brampton - Day Shift

Drake International is hiring Customer Service Clerks - Logistics industry for our client in the Brampton area.

WHAT WE OFFER :

• Location: Brampton , L7A 1K9 ON
• Pay rate: $ 2 1 /hr.
• Shifts: Days – Monday to Friday – Between 7 am to 6 PM
• Start Date – ASAP on an ongoing basis.
• Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
  
  

WHAT YOU DO :

• Must be able to handle q ueue calls - answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, requests, problems.
• Must t race and follow up on shipments as required.
• Pull exception report and monitor TLC accounts to ensure service is met or advise customer of any problems/delays with shipments.
• Confirm all delivery appointments.
• Assist drivers when required with their inquiries, complete an OS&D report and follow up on shortages and disposals.
• Complete re-bills for customers and/or obtain third party billing authorizations.
• Other duties may be assigned.
  
  

WHAT WE”RE LOOKING FOR :

• Minimum 2 -year Customer Service experience or in Transportation industry
• Experience is preferred / TruckMate a definite asset.
• Must be proficient in MS Suite, Excel, Pivot Tables
• Must have worked in a high paced and high transactional environment.
• Must have a clear Crim check.
