We are currently looking for a Natural Gas Scheduler (Weekends) to join our Logistics team in a permanent position. Reporting to the Manager Commercial Operations - Gas Logistics, you will be responsible for executing on our gas trading team’s strategy to flow gas from supply areas to market areas across a network of pipelines in the most reliable, cost-effective manner possible. Training will take place in office working Monday-Friday. After training is complete the successful candidate will move from working Monday-Friday and join our weekend team covering Friday-Monday.   

As a Natural Gas Scheduler (Weekends) you will: 

  • Nominate gas on a portfolio of pipelines across multiple scheduling cycles throughout the day  
  • Provide accurate pipeline positions relating to supply and market obligations 
  • Track storage positions and monitor for changes regarding injection and withdraw limits 
  • Ensure deliveries to facilities under our management are accurate and confirmed as needed 
  • Be responsible for accurately bidding on transportation capacity releases 
  • Reconcile gas flows in our deal capture system  
  • Provide imbalance, purchase and sale, and consumption reports to our customers.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; 
  • You thrive in a fast paced, high energy environment with hourly deadlines; 
  • Strong communication skills to function in a team environment and to maintain rapport with customers and service providers; 
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and 2+ years of relevant experience is desired;
