Position Responsibilities
- Handle 120+ collections customer contacts daily via phone and email.
- Determine appropriate escalation for delinquent collections accounts.
- Support the management of appropriate collections account aging.
- Identify high-risk accounts and notify management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Business degree is an asset. This is a great opportunity for recent University graduates!
- Strong communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a business-to-business environment and with reconciling accounts.
- Call center or collections experience a plus.
