The Administrative Assistant is a self-starter, proactive, results-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills who will provide outstanding support to the Senior Leadership Team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Produce a variety of materials such as reports, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations etc.
  • Assist with calendar management and invoicing process
  • Assists with/helps prepare information for presentations
  • Verifying the accuracy of correspondence, documents, letters and memos
  • Organize and schedule internal and external meetings and ensures all details are managed
  • Create action plans to track progress and follow up to ensure timelines are met
  • Update databases/files (electronic & hard copies) maintaining current documentation
  • Reconciliation and preparation of receipts for expense reports
  • Other miscellaneous duties as required


Required Experience

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organizational skills: ability to speak to/work with all levels within an organization
  • Adapt and work extremely well with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Thoroughness and careful attention to detail
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding
  • High level of maturity, good judgement, and the ability to deal with confidential information
  • Familiarity in an environment requiring discretion, sensitivity to confidential matters
  • Able to establish credibility and trust with internal Team Members & Leaders
  • Able and willing to do hands-on work as required
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines with a calm manner
  • A talent for multi-tasking and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Concur considered an asset
  • Finance, Accounting experience, considered an asset
  • A Team Player with a positive attitude that takes pride in their work
